Terms & Conditions This Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the golf simulator rental provider ("Company", "we", "us") and the individual or entity named on the booking confirmation ("Renter", "you"). By proceeding with your booking and/or using the equipment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. 1. Equipment Inventory & Condition The rental package includes the following equipment, each of which is inspected and documented prior to every rental period: Inflatable Golf Enclosure / Hitting Bay (with netting, blower fan, and all attachment components) High-Definition Projector (including mount, power cable, and HDMI connection cables) Launch Monitor (including charging cable, alignment stickers/markers, and carrying case) iPad / Tablet Device (including charging cable, protective case, and stylus if applicable) Golf simulator software license / activation (loaded on the iPad) Any additional accessories listed on your booking confirmation The Renter is responsible for inspecting all equipment upon delivery or collection and must report any pre-existing damage in writing to the Company within one (1) hour of receipt. Failure to do so constitutes acceptance of the equipment in good condition. 2. Permitted Use 2.1 Approved Use Equipment may only be used for personal, recreational, or corporate entertainment golf simulation. The inflatable enclosure must be used on a flat, clean surface free from sharp objects, debris, or standing water. The intended target shall always be the white impact screen. Only clean, un-scuffed balls. Damaged balls are not permitted and should be discarded. The projector must remain on its provided mount or stand and must not be repositioned without Company guidance. The iPad must be operated only with the pre-loaded simulator software unless agreed in writing. 2.2 Prohibited Use Do NOT use real golf balls outside the enclosure netting. Do NOT allow children under 14 to operate the launch monitor or projector unsupervised. Do NOT smoke, vape, or use open flames near the inflatable enclosure or electronic equipment. Do NOT move, relocate, or transport equipment without explicit written consent from the Company. Do NOT connect any third-party apps, cables, or devices to the iPad or projector without prior approval. Do NOT expose any equipment to rain, moisture, extreme heat, or direct prolonged sunlight. Do NOT attempt to repair, modify, or tamper with any equipment. 3. Inflatable Enclosure — Specific Conditions The inflatable enclosure is the most vulnerable item in the rental package. The following conditions apply: The blower fan must remain operational at all times during use. Switching off the fan while the enclosure is in use may cause structural collapse and damage. The enclosure must be erected on a surface clear of any sharp objects including gravel, tools, pet toys, irrigation systems or furniture edges. Maximum occupancy inside the enclosure is one (1) person at a time while swinging. Please refrain from leaning objects or persons against the enclosure. Do not hang, clip, or attach any items to the netting or outer shell. In the event of strong wind or adverse weather conditions during outdoor use, the enclosure must be deflated and secured immediately. Any tears, punctures, or seam separations must be reported to the Company immediately. Do not attempt DIY repairs. 4. Projector — Specific Conditions The projector must be positioned at the distance and angle specified in the setup instructions provided. Incorrect positioning may result in screen burn or lens damage. Do not touch the projector lens with fingers, cloths, or golf equipment. The projector must be allowed to cool down for a minimum of five (5) minutes after use before being covered or packed away. Do not connect to any power supply other than the supplied cable and a properly earthed mains outlet. The projector must not be used in ambient temperatures above 35°C (95°F) or below 5°C (41°F). 5. Launch Monitor — Specific Conditions The launch monitor must be positioned on a flat, stable surface using the alignment markers provided. Incorrect placement will degrade tracking accuracy and may cause falls. Do not expose the launch monitor to direct sunlight for extended periods, as this may affect sensor calibration. The launch monitor must not be dropped, knocked over, or have any liquid spilled on it. Pairing and calibration settings must not be altered. If you experience technical difficulties, contact the Company immediately. 6. iPad / Tablet Device — Specific Conditions The iPad must be kept in its protective case at all times during use. Do not install, delete, or update any applications on the device. Do not connect the iPad to any external Bluetooth devices (speakers, headphones) without prior approval. Screen protectors must not be removed. The iPad must not be used by intoxicated persons. Do not access any personal accounts, social media, or websites unrelated to the simulator software on the device. The iPad must be returned fully charged or charged to the level at which it was received. 7. Damage, Loss & Liability 7.1 Renter Responsibility The Renter is fully responsible for the safe keeping and proper use of all rental equipment from the time of receipt until the time of return or collection by the Company. This includes damage caused by: Negligent use, misuse, or use contrary to these terms Accidental damage during the rental period Theft, loss, or vandalism while in the Renter’s possession Failure to follow setup and operating instructions 7.2 Damage Fees In the event of damage, the Renter agrees to pay the Company’s assessed repair or replacement costs. Indicative replacement values are as follows: Item Replacement Value Notes Inflatable Enclosure $5,000 Damage to netting, shell, or blower fan assessed separately Projector $2,500 Lens damage carries a minimum repair surcharge Launch Monitor $1,500 Water/drop damage may be non-repairable iPad / Tablet $500 Screen replacement billed at manufacturer rate Accessories & Cables $250 Lost cables billed at replacement cost 7.3 Security Deposit A refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking or prior to delivery. The deposit will be returned within five (5) business days of the equipment being inspected upon return, provided no damage, loss, or cleaning requirements are identified. The Company reserves the right to retain all or part of the deposit to cover assessed costs. 8. Setup, Delivery & Collection Setup must be completed only by the Company, any adjustments and alterations may damage equipment or create an unsafe environment. The Renter must ensure adequate space, power supply, and a suitable surface are available at the agreed venue prior to delivery. All equipment must be dismantled, deflated, and neatly packed by the Company to ensure no damage or mishandling of equipment. The Renter must be present (or nominate an authorised representative) at the time of delivery and collection to confirm and inspect the conditions of their property. Any reports of damage must be presented at that time. Once we leave the premise, we cannot be held responsible for any potential damages that are found. 9. Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellations made more than 7 days before the rental start date: full refund less any booking fees. Cancellations made 3–7 days before the rental start date: 50% refund of rental fee. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the rental start date: no refund. In the event of equipment failure attributable to the Company, a full or partial refund will be assessed and provided at the Company’s discretion. The Company reserves the right to cancel any booking due to equipment unavailability and will provide a full refund in such circumstances. 10. Health, Safety & Supervision The Renter acknowledges that golf involves inherent physical risk and accepts responsibility for the safety of all persons using the simulator. All users must warm up appropriately and use the simulator within their physical capabilities. Children under the age of 14 must be actively supervised by a responsible adult at all times. The Company accepts no liability for personal injury sustained during the rental period resulting from improper use of the equipment. In the event of an injury, the Renter must notify the Company within 24 hours. 11. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company’s total liability to the Renter under this Agreement shall not exceed the total rental fee paid for the relevant booking. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss, including loss of enjoyment, loss of profit, or damage to third-party property. 12. Force Majeure The Company shall not be liable for any failure to fulfil its obligations under this Agreement where such failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, extreme weather events, government restrictions, or supply chain disruptions. 13. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is registered. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction. 14. Agreement & Signatures By booking our services, the Renter confirms they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.

The pricing structure has two factors, a set-up/breakdown charge of $300 and an hourly rate of $65. There is a minimum of 4 hours. Check our Instagram for promotions. What are the space requirements for set-up? Our inflatable enclosure requires approximately 16' x 21' of flat space with a minimum height of 11' to ensure safe swings and high-quality projection. How does the booking process work? Simply click 'Book a Rental', select your preferred date, and provide event details. Our team will follow up to confirm technical logistics and finalize your reservation. Is on-site staff provided during the event? We will be there for set up and walk you through how to navigate the App. Professional on-site staff is available as an add-on to assist with operation, manage mini-games, and ensure all your guests have an incredible experience. Do I need to provide my own golf clubs? You are welcome to use your own clubs, but we also offer intermediate level clubs upon request.
